Getting started

Go from a new account to your first reviewed insight. No server configuration is required.

1. Create your account

Create an account with your name, email address, and a password of at least eight characters. After signing in, your one-time 14-day free trial starts automatically with 50 article ingestions and 10 discovery searches. No card is required. You can choose a paid plan later from Billing & Usage.

2. Add source material

Use the workspace switcher first. Personal Workspace is your private starting workspace; additional workspaces depend on your plan. Global contains shared, globally visible discoveries. There are two ways to bring reporting into the selected workspace.

  • Articles: from a personal or team workspace, paste the public HTTP or HTTPS URL of a specific article and select Enqueue.
  • Global accepts discovery searches but does not accept manually submitted article URLs.
  • Search: add up to 10 topic queries, choose 1–50 URLs per query, and run discovery.
  • Duplicate URLs are skipped, so repeating a search does not create duplicate articles.

Searches and processed articles count toward the usage allowance shown on Billing & Usage. Only submit sources you are permitted to access.

3. Follow processing

Open Articles and switch between the Articles and Jobs tabs. Jobs show whether work is pending, running, complete, or failed. The page refreshes automatically, and you can use the refresh control for an immediate update.

  • Pending or running: processing has not finished yet.
  • Completed: extracted information can contribute to the knowledge graph and insights.
  • Failed: review the displayed reason; the page may have been unavailable, unsupported, or unreadable.

4. Review insights

Open Insights after your sources finish processing. Start with the default recent-evidence view, then filter by direction or method. Sort by score to find the strongest estimated impact, or by confidence to start with the best-supported interpretations.

  • Read the context and exposure columns before interpreting the score.
  • Use reasoning to understand why the evidence was connected to the company.
  • Search for a company or theme to narrow the feed.
  • Open Companies to see a company’s aggregate impact and its related insights together.
