What counts as an article processed?
A source counts when TraceGraphs accepts it for new processing. If a submitted URL is already registered, the reserved usage is returned to your account.
When do I need API access?
API access is included from Pro upward. Use it to add sources programmatically and retrieve workspace-authorized companies, insights, articles, and entities as JSON. Basic is dashboard-only.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Basic, Pro, and Business. Upgrades apply after successful payment, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What does Enterprise add?
Enterprise removes the standard monthly article, search, workspace, and discovery-agent limits and includes a higher API rate limit. Contact sales to arrange access.
