1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using TraceGraphs, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy and Research and Financial Disclaimer. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and at least 18 years old. If you use TraceGraphs for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
TraceGraphs is an automated research and intelligence platform that discovers or accepts public source URLs, extracts claims and entities, builds knowledge graph relationships, and produces analytical insights and weights. Features, sources, models, scoring methods, limits, and availability may change.
3. Research information—not advice
TraceGraphs does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or other professional advice. Outputs are impersonal research tools and are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security or asset. You must independently verify information and consult qualified professionals before making decisions. The full Research and Financial Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials and API keys, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and integrations. Accounts and keys may not be sold, shared publicly, or used to evade plan limits.
5. User-submitted sources and instructions
You may submit public URLs, searches, topics, and discovery instructions. You represent that you have the right to submit them and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality, access restrictions, or third-party rights. You grant TraceGraphs a limited license to process those submissions solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. Submitting a URL does not transfer ownership of third-party content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TraceGraphs to:
- break laws, manipulate markets, commit fraud, harass others, or facilitate harmful conduct;
- submit malware, private-network URLs, stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained material, or content you are prohibited from accessing;
- misrepresent generated outputs as verified facts or guaranteed predictions;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security, authorization, quotas, workspace boundaries, or billing controls;
- resell or redistribute the service or substantial datasets without written permission; or
- use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory or solely automated high-impact decisions about individuals.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Upgrades may be charged immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades and cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current paid period. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise or TraceGraphs expressly agrees, charges for an elapsed billing period are non-refundable. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices.
8. Intellectual property
TraceGraphs and its software, interface, models, organization, and original materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Third-party articles, trademarks, and source materials remain owned by their respective owners. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an authorized subscription; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Third-party services and sources
The service relies on third-party websites, data, payment, email, identity, infrastructure, search, and AI providers. TraceGraphs does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its continued availability, accuracy, security, or terms.
10. Suspension and termination
TraceGraphs may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or systems, respond to legal obligations, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, address nonpayment, or manage material risk. You may request deletion subject to retention needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACEGRAPHS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. TRACEGRAPHS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS, SOURCES, SCORES, OR SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETE, CORRECT, CURRENT, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceGraphs and its operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill; trading or investment losses; or decisions made in reliance on the service. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid to TraceGraphs during the six months preceding the event or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify TraceGraphs against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, submitted material, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Changes and general provisions
Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Disputes are subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a court legally competent to hear them, including any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
